Dance Station Studios has been invited to be the Resident Studio for SunsetWalk at Margaritaville! 🎉
Dancers will begin learning choreography during classes over the next few weeks.
The performance will be musical theater–style flash mob with hip hop, jazz, and musical theater flair.
Since it is outdoors and in the streets, dancers must wear sneakers.
All dancers, families, and friends are encouraged to attend, cheer, and support our performers!
Tiny Toes Classes, Creative Movement, and 3–5 year old Classes will not participate just yet due to age restrictions. They will be preparing to be performing in their June Recital on the Big Stage 💜
Thriller Flash Mob Costume GuideFor this theatrical-style performance, we’re asking parents and dancers to get creative! Think glamorous Monster High dolls meets Thriller vibes — bold neon colors, black accents, rhinestones, and ragged hems to create the ultimate Thriller Glam Look. 
Girls Costume RequirementsDress or Skirted Costume
Must be short enough to dance in — no longer than knee length.
Shorts must be worn underneath.
Absolutely nothing restrictive.
No Scary Elements
No blood, no masks, no gore, no “scary” costumes.
Required Accessories
Black ripped-style rhinestone fishnets.
Hanging arm sleeves for a dramatic effect.
All accessories must be tightly secured (nothing loose that could fall off during the performance).
Makeup & Hair
Tons of glitter makeup
Black mascara & black eyeliner get creative
Bold red lipstick (recommended RIMMEL STAY MATTE COLOR FIRESTARTER) 
Hair styled in a side ponytail (to the right side of the dancer’s head).
Boys Costume GuidelinesInspired by Michael Jackson Thriller style or a theatrical mummy look — but make it glamorous and bold!
Add sparkle, rhinestones, or creative neon/black combinations.

This is a fun way for our dancers to perform outside of our annual recital, and we are so excited to bring our Thriller Flash Mob to life at SunsetWalk!
